can anyone compare and contrast the philosophies of rep. and dems. in the 20th century? jus wutever u can..im tryin to find wutever i can in my textbook which is not goin well thanx

democrats appeal more to the middle and lower class workers of the country because they do things which benefit those classes

republicans appeal more towards the rich upper class..and blah blah blah
