pathetic

do you think that the actions of the Iraqi's, dressing up like women, and american soldiers to kill other soldiers, or surrendering iraqi's is right? i dont. i think its pathetic. if saddam takes so much pride in his country, maybe he should fight like it

well i gotta agree with you there snow. If an invading army rolled into town, or a bomb dropped near your home, and a family member of yours died, you would do anything to get revenge at the people who did it. But, according to the international laws, its really not "right" to dress in the enemy fatigues or pretend you are surrendering and then ambush the enemy. Also what i forgot to include, is the treatment of POW's. That is just not right at all. I posted in randomthoughts the uncensored POW video which is very disturbing, i think you should watch that.

complaining about Iraqi war tactics is akin to the Brits complaining about how American fighters wouldn't stand in a row to fight the redcoats but would rather use guerilla tactics.

hmm, what you are connotating at seems to me as more meaning wrong as in incorrect rather than wrong as in morals. Waht do you mean? I'm not sure. If you mean incorrect, then yes if there are int'l laws (that i don't know about pertaining to what they are doing) that prohibit them, then yes they would be "incorrect" to do so, not wrong - that's confusing. But, then on your arg about POWs about it not being right, sounds like it pertains to morals. I'm sorry, but i can't agree with you there, no matter how terrible someone is treated i don't think that is grounds for us to resort to moral name calling.

and, then there's what TM11 said which i think is a very substantive point. Someone tell me, is there really int'l laws against dressing up in others uniforms? or is this just an implied consensus? I'm really just going oin what people said in this forum, and i'm not sure about the existence of these things. Someone cite a source or something, it doens't soundl ike it's out of accordance with anything.

once again proving that the average american citizen is a complete fucktard, devoid of intelligent thought.

Too many people buy into this american propaganda bullshit.

Probably think that saddam had something to do with 9/11 too.

is no one paying attention? iraq never claimed to follow the UN's rules of engagement.

They can do whatever the hell they want.

as for POW's;

If someone tried to kill you, and you werent legally obligated to be nice to them..

Why should you?

my post was talking about as to whether the rules of engagement actually existed. And, then if so i was going to affirm ajy2k's point in saying, yes they are breaking the rules. Or, if he clarified he meant "not right" as in morals then i would say no. Eveyrone knows they aren't following the rules, i was just trying to figure out what ajy was talking about. Whether he meant they were breaking the rules, or whether he felt they were being morally wrong.
