^that hoolahoop will kiLL you! i need a refund!

it has these little bumpy things inserted..

allll around the rim.

anyone has one? my mom bought the thing, except i want a refund and the box which had the phone number on it was thrown away...i want to refund this one and get a NORMAL hoolahoop! i think a lot of korean ppl has it so if anyone has the box please tell me...
