lately, i usually listen to some Baby VOX when i'm working out by myself on my flexibility and ab work. even though Baby Vox is my favorite group i like to work out with them because they are so pretty and skinny, and they are my motivation.
Also, some hardcore H.O.T. or techno is kewl to workout with too.

any dance genre...
boa's 1.5 album.. i've only listened to her cd when working out my abs.. it keeps me going and going and going.. then at the end of working out, i make up my own dance routines for her songs.. hahahahaha i'm my own choreographer k.. imma DORK, youre a dork, we're all a dork, cept for JANG WOOHYUK
