Actually the Evolution (Non-Stop Remix) Video is a collage of all his videos (used in the remix) so there's actually a few girls in there. But you're probably either talking about Hsu Chi (Which is in the "All Day Love" video or the other chick (in the black bikini top) that nobody knows about.
Hsu Chi is a very popular Chinese actress. All I heard about the other girl is that she's some korean girl. That's it. But if you're interested in watching the whole original video (with a lot more shots of her), the name of that particular song is "Teng San Tai Cheung Goh" ("Listen to the Body Sing"). So good luck and lemme know if you find out anything about her.
