isn't it funny how it's easier to tell someone that everything will be ok, than hear it yourself from another person? Wouldn't it be just easier to tell them to stress out, be angry, than to just instigate whatever they emotion they have to another higher level? I don't know, I'm going through some bad problems, and everybody around me tells me to chill and relax, and that everything will be ok. In a way, i want someone to tell me to just stress out, to be angry. One thing that comes to mind is something i learned a long tym ago, "You teach best what you need to learn".....i don't know...

i think anger is stupid, and moreso not necessary. I'd go as far as to say that people who get angry are slightly obtuse in a way. This isn't arrogance, i'm just saying it so don't presuppose things about me...you'll probably be wrong.

So yes, i would tell you to relax and not perform an emotion that i call "stupid."

I haven't been what I would call angry in quite a long time. I wouldn't call it stupid I just think it requires too much effort to be angry. I'd rather let it slide and remember that karma works sometimes.

Well naturally, if you're angry, you're angry because you want to be angry. When people tell you to calm down, that's something you just don't want to hear.

The thing that's hard to remember though, is that when you're angry, you're not hurting anybody but yourself. Do you really think your emotions hurt the person/thing you're angry at? Of course not. Friends tell you to calm down and relax because they're worried about your mental health, or they think you're being stupid and want you to stop. Either way, bugging out for too long doesn't improve the situation.

yes. it's much easier for me but sumtymz i dunno wut to say so i say that stupid statement wen it's obviously not going to be ok. or sumtyumz, i juss say nuttin. either way, i dun think i'm bein very helpful, and wen it cumz time for sum1 to comfort me, they say the same thing even tho we both noe it's not true. i think the catch to that statement is that u hav to WORK make sure things will turn out ok again. let's say u bomb a test. it WILL be ok if u study for the next one.
