how to change setting on winxp iis server?

i dont know how to access it. there's no icon in the task bar or anything. anyone know how to get to it so i can change some settings?

go to start -> run -> mmc -> file -> add snap-in -> add -> iis

you have to have iis installed. by default, in corporate edition (professional) it isnt.
