Sol Badguy from Guilty gear fame has much more substance than Kyo Kusanagi. Kyo has even had like...9 games to develop his character, pssh, Sol is much better.

Venom is sweet as well.

In fact, i will go ahead and say that any character from guilty gear is cooler than all of KOF's carbon-cut characters combined.

The coolest video game character ever is a tie between Max (from Sam and Max: Hit the Road, and he has had a cameo in almost every Lucas Arts game since then) and Conker (from Conker's Bad Fur Day).
