I dont think they really are that "horny" all the time. I just think Japanese soceity is more open and acepting to the topic of sex and the human body. Look at European culture, its not that big of a deal for women to sunbathe topless. Its really how the socitey percvies the the topic. And other Asian cultures maybe alittle more conservative. So I think when some of you say "Japanese people are so Honry" It might be offending to others. Just a thought.
