how did u get started workingout?

*read title* like, did u run alot? did you train with weights? BTW, how would u start in weighttraining without the use of machines, other than free weights?

i started by taking a weight training class in my Sr. year in HS. i gained 7 or 8 pounds in one year.
tip: if yu wanna bulk, lift more weight less times. if yu wanna get cut, lift less weight more times. all in reps, of course. starters should always start with less weight and more reps. even if yu wanna bulk.

start off with push ups, crunches, things that just use ur body and no weights, do that for awhile and move on to weights and stuff

"cut" just work wit the same weight constantly untill it becaomse too easy 4 u.

it'z fine doing crunchs 2 nites in a row

actually free weights are much more effective and should be the core of your training

if you want to cut, dieting is important.. also stick with high repetitions with lighter weights and do cardio 3 times a week

i got started working out in highschool cause i was tired of being scrawny.. i weighed a whole 120pds.. so i just started reading up on bodybuilding and have been doing it ever since.. in my last yaer of university now and up 40 pounds!
