eating alotta vitamins and calcium helps. i grew three inches over tha summer. i started eating those since june?? and now itz november, so itz about 5month and i grew 3 inches!! ahaha.. and im still short. argh.. must go eat sum more!!...
Nah it doesn't maybe like a few cm, but not much. What really helps you grow is staying off sweets after dinner, neating healthy and excersize. vitamens help out alot.

he said stretching does make you taller, but overstretching makes you shorter.
all that stuff is jus korean myth.
people already have a growth plate when they are born and u are not going to get alot more taller or shorter
drinking milk and sleeping when u are young helps u a lil i think
and if u dun eat or sleep u are not going to grow
i think stretching juss makes u more flexible haha i dun see how it wud help u grow. but i heard jumping helps u grow...like playin bball or jump roping. i doubt thaz true tho

trust me i tried... stretching wont help you grow... but i did hear about certain jumping jacks help you grow

if it does help, u mite never kno, cuz for all u kno, all dat u grow mite have been dat way newaiz.....but go ahead n stretch....i mean, its not bad for u....

mmph.. what about weightlifting?
i think streching helps you grow...but for sure it helps from injuries,gives your muscles more strenth,and relieves you from cramps

I would guess that stretching, if it does somehow promote the activity of growth plates, would at best allow for marginal growth.
There's that whole deal with people gaining an inch or so when lying horizontally at night, too.

i always figured out that if you get alot of sleep eat right you'll grow whatever your body says is the limit

they're very interesting..
just eat a good diet and you'll be fine
a diet does affect the plates ya know...
that growing an inch thing is because your bones like to stretch out when they've been crushed all day..
oh oh, and your feet get constricted over night. ... @_@;;
weightlifting helps strengthen your bones. Always a good thing, avoid osteoporosis! =D
