How do you decide whats important?


ya gotta be the stronger one in your neighborhood...
don't fall for that love..don't fall for looks
don't trust a soul, don't trust the cover of books
ya see..everyone that can feel me
already has embraced this grimey reality
already has a taste, maybe, bad luck..or low salaries
these standards we contemplate..my pen thinks
a normal and stable life, you wonder what men dream..
dog, its been like winter all year round..
i trusted too many suckas.. frauds and clowns
many people dont' reallly care what we have to say
we think deep..consciously..but see its real..okay?
i know no one got time for this problem child...
i just face the facts tho, i face the pressure..
tuning into channel 4 to present my lecture
forget it...yall just care about "who got shot."
read between the lines, just wait until "you get robbed."
i mean damn really..it aint hit you til it happen to you.
not even talkin about street shit..thats another story..

people that you depend on wont' be there.. its simple
cuz they careless, just spots of glare on the windows
worrying bout bullshit n' women..when you have to make a living
im all for 'them' but stop crying and start living..
