Gyms

Rip off or well worth it?

My mom signed up for like 3 years at 24 hour fitness for something like 1000 bucks. now she pays like 60 dollars a year.

But... she never goes.

I don't know whenever I go to gyms I'm all self conscious... like I feel like people think I don't know what I'm doing.
