There is a list on the Atkins website that tells carb count for certain foods.

My sister is on the Atkins diet, and she has lost a lot of weight on it. And, don't worry too much about your appetite, after a while you'll want to eat less and less food. Not because it's unappetizing, but just because you'll still be full from the meal you will have eaten about five hours ago.

Some foods that I can list off right now that are low in carbs obviously include any kind of meat, then there is:

tofu, bok choy, green leafy vegetables, atkins bars, a moderate amount of cheese(about 2oz. I believe per day), cream, cream cheese(you can make yourself cheescake, how's that?), splenda, keato crumbs(special order), a lot of special order items(like tofu crumbs if you ever want to make a cheesecake), caffeine free herbal tea, etc

The Atkins diet was designed by a cardiologist. It has been proven, at least in the short term, to improve overall health especially in people suffering from diabetes.
To the nay-sayers, I advise that you do some research.

I hope I helped a little

I was on the Atkins diet for about two weeks before I decided to just eat whatever. I've never been good wih carb or calorie or whatever counting. I lost weight on it, though. Somewhere around 15 lbs.
My sister has lost around sixty-something.

Oh, another thing you can try after being on the diet a while and deciding to go moderate. My sister takes some cream and about a tablespoon of peanut butter. She microwaves it, and then freezes it. Then she eats it kind of like ice-cream...I, personally, think it'd be kind of gross, but, she said that the cream was like an extender for the peanut butter. So, the entire thing tasted like peanut butter.

I dunno...

Oh, and another cool thing you could do would be to make whipped cream. You know how to do that, right? (cream and splenda)

You can also make sauces for your meat. With mayonnaise and slightly sweet mustard and...I forget what else goes into it. My mom makes it.

Oh yeah, an accessible drink for you. You can drink Crystal Light.

I can't think of anything else for the moment.

Well, if you need any more help or anything, just ask

I forgot to mention, there is a type of noodle with no carbs. Its generic name is: seatangle

It should be in your local asian market
