I have eaten aligator, buffalo and ostrict (on 2 different occasions)

I went to a fondue place on a date in san francisco and we ordered the "exotic" menu, it wasn't cheap, but its always good to try new things. But I wouldn't order it again. I'll stick with normal fondue.

Aligator is fairly tough. Buffalo is pretty standard, it pretty much tastes like beef and ostrict is just dry and flaky.

I've also had the ostrict burger at Fudruckers. It sucks.

Sharks fin soup is a must have. Get it whenever you can- especially the thick, rich kind...braised as some restaurants call it
