Hm.. For those of you that play Final Fantasy..

Yuna, one of the main characters, made a really bold quote in the sequel.


A character in the end of the game wanted to sacrifice his own life in order to save the world. Yuna disagreed with his plan, figuring that there is some other way.

-> "There's no other way. It's life or death..."

Rikku and Paine, Yuna's companions, agreed with the plan, thinking that there was no other way.

"I disagree. I've seen enough peoples' lives flashing by my eyes. They disappear. Sure. When I went back home, everybody was proud of me. Although I saved the world.. I looked back to see those that I loved.. weren't there without me."

A voice had jolted from above. It was Jecht. Tidus' father.

"I can't help it.. Sorry."

Yuna, again. "We can't help it. Right. But those who I loved have perished. The age of summoners.. it's over. There's no need for these sacrifices. The peace I've built for this world... It's crumbling by my footsteps. But I always stopped and looked back... to see that they weren't there."
