this life we live is funny cuz we strive to do many things
like makin a name for ones self 'n spreadin wings
stray from tha crowd, thinkin u doin ur own thing
nobody really knoes wut those type of actions bring

but this life we live is full of happiness, stress,-and-sorrow
can't deal wit today, so u become obsessed-wit-tomorrow
sunny days ahead, but there's always clouds-in-tha-sky
there's no point in running, that's why we git loud-and-cry

this life we live is odd, tha minute we wake till we-sleep
from the everyday things we do to the people we-meet
live in tha moment, but look ahead to land on ur feet
u learn from ur mistakes, never let history repeat
