sleep.
Sleep. Throughout the world, the average person gets around 8 hours of sleep. It encompasses a great deal of our lives and functions to revitalize the body with rest.
Many believe sleep is essential and find it a favorable part of their lives. "I love to sleep"... "Sleep feels so good."..."I would die without sleep."
However, a good number of people find sleep to simply be a necessity that they would rather go without if it was possible. They argue that sleep is a "waste" of time and simply sips away valuable time that could be used for other, more productive activities.
What is your stance?

sleep is a hinderance for sure in regards to productivity time wise.
I wish i didn't have to sleep, i wish i didn't get tired, but i do so i sleep.....a lot. haha.

Without sleep you live a shorter life anyway, so I really don't consider it too much wasted time. During sleep your heart beats much slower and gives you a break, if we were awake our whole lives they'd only be a fraction of what they are. It heals you too, i do it when I'm in pain. Sleep is one of my favorite things.

sometimes i think "i don't need sleep" and just stay awake and try to get stuff done. but then...afterwards, of course i'm exhausted and sleep a looong time. during the school week i get about an average of 35-40 hrs of sleep, and then during the weekends i make all the sleep i feel i've missed out on during sunday morning. i feel sluggish, but rested
SLEEP IS THE BEST! sleep is essential to operate productively... the biggest and greatest part in my opinion of sleep is dreaming... its a window to your subconcious... and it helps you think about what your really feelin inside... plus its great to have a good dream and do things you could never do in real life... haha...
