all girls who know their box pretty well know that you can tighten it

well there is an exercise you can do to make your vagina tighter and also make it so when you squeeze you can literly grab a male penis

basicly what you do is you lay flat on your back and you "open" and "close" your vagina flexing the muscle...but dont use your butt to add you.. a lot of you think that if you squeeze your butt cheeks together it'll maek it tighter, when in reality that does absolutely nothing
