30 minutes a day for me...im lazy

about 45 min muscle training and about 60 min basketball or football
But some weeks ago I overstretch my talocalcanean joint too much as I was fouled on a football play
and now I must wear a protector
Can't make to much sport with that think !

i used to do 1:20 mins of weightlifting a day... now i completely stopped, cause i wanted to grow. i also ran 3-4 miles a day too, now i cant even barely do 2.. oof.. im so outta shape

40 minutes of cardio
then 30 minutes for other stuff lol

markers up the nose is the way to go!
1 hr= stretch and run bout 8-10 miles
then an hr in the weightroom
for 5 days a week

I don't do anything technical. Mainly cuz I don't know anything. I just use the weights I have at home every other night to do squats and basic arm exercises, used to jog every morning but stopped cuz I got lazy, and... 2 minutes ab slide
hmm i dont work out .. i should tho .. everynow and then i get all enthused and i do crunches everyday and push ups but right now i dont do nething

hmm, susan and i try to go to the gym everyday and when we actually get there we usually stay for about an hour or 2. But in addition to that I have tennis practice for 2 hours a day and once track season starts we have 2 hour practices also.
