marching

goshh.. i dunno wuts worse.. super hot weather.. or super cold with a muddy field. and learning a new set is soo confusing.. its like arghhh.. but when everything gets figured out.. its pretty kewl =D .. but they stress us soo much about memorizing the music and stuff.. last week.. we were forced to memorize 2 songs and a 12 set drill.. about 9 hours practicing.. including 4 hours after school.. too much commitment.. i think this'll be my first and last year doing marching. the onlie reason why i joined was cuz i wanted to do concert band.. but then it would be too confusing if i joined 2nd semester and plus i needed my credits so yeaa.

how are ur guys uniforms? ours is royal blue with gold---- school colors.. i think it looks pretty :] .. but weird on me =X and the hats.. are a little too fruity.. it looks like something from the colonial times!~ has a feather too.

i have some friends who used to be in marching band and they would complain everyday about either really hot weather or about really cold weather, when their fingers would freeze. i saw my school's marching band today and i felt so sorry for them cuz it's so hot when they practice and really really dusty. oh well, i hope the football team appreciates that
