PCs.

pc. macs are too expensive for what they give you

my family owns both... we now have 3 pc's and one mac. I personally prefer the Mac. Aside from the small selection of games (specificaly my obsession with counter-strike) and its price, its far better for the average joe schmo like me. My pc's always seem to break down.. damnit thats why we have 3. they always seem to crash on me and it would never work the same again. They have stupid virus's and Pc's just annoy the hell outta me when it comes to upgrading cuz every week they seem to have something better for the same price you have in your computer.
With macs i can relax because it only crashes when i run five programs at a time (photoshop, illustrator, aol, winamp and director would all work fine without crashing once.... this was at school computer.. pretty neat huh) i dont have to worry bout stupid ass virus's.. people are too lazy to come up with virus's for macs.. and if you think about it.. the operating system on macs are so much more aesthetically better ... (like i said.. im the average joe so i dont need to worry bout programming and all that crap.. i mean.. have you seen mac os X?.. its so pretty and the design for the g4's and imacs?? damn i give designers mad props.. they revolutionize computer designing)... i prefer macs only because i've had one for three years and its working better than my other two pc's. i've only recently upgraded my ram and bought new harddrive because it was cheap enough... (130 bucks for new 128 ram and 20 gig hd) so ... i'm a mac head.. haha damn that was long

I prefer a custom made PC.

pc's......every mac i've ever had or used was soooooo slow, even with cable modem

For graphics, purely artistic creations, etc., stay with a Mac. All else, a PC can suffice.

PC all the way. the new imac i just gave up on the second i saw it. for god sakes it looks like the pixar lamp! the guy ran out of ideas. macs r 2 expensive and rnt worth the cash.

it's gotta be PC
macs r nice for graphics and people who need really high end stuff
but for everything else whether it's programming, games, web browsing, email, etc etc etc
