i used to mess up my schedule last year. normally, i dunno what time i would go to sleep. sometimes, sleep at 9pm, then woke up at 3am and dun go back to sleep at all.

but after the internship i had in the summer, everything turn back to normal. the last time i have a normal schedule was....6 years ago, i guess
