Pro Athletes $$$

Are pro athletes making more money than they should? I mean should they make a couple million for doing something they love. I know it is hard, and they dont get much rest, but come on. There are people out there who work 10 times as much and make 20 times as less than them. Whats your opinion?

sure it may seem unfair, buh since multimillion salaries are standard for athletes, players dont settle for less, n ppl still want to see dem play, so wateva d owners/managers are willing to pay.....cant do nuttin abt it....

I'm sure most of us will major in a field that we love. So you're saying that instead of getting paid big bucks for doing something we love, our careers should be based on something we don't like? Athletes get the treatment that they do because people/fans love them for doing what they do.

well, that's what happens when you let the demand for sports players get that high. We complain about the same thing in the music industry. I don't think most of them in that realm deserve it but sports people deserve it to an extent.

Then agian, the opposite goes on in korea right? we have underpayed korean artists like HOT getting 400 won per album or something. heh.
