and uh..when you do eat, eat a little less than your average meal.
and don't eat after 6 pm ^^

in 1 week, ud be burnin off a pound, keep dat up for 3 months and ud be sheddin 12 lbs.

u know... i do martial arts n kung fu/tae kwon do.. all that stuff... but its like.. lol its funny.. i lose weight one week.. next week i gain it bak.. lose gain.. lose gain..I KEEP THE SAME EATING ROUTINE!!! its so awkward

Maybe foods that are high in fiber will lessen the hunger.
I heard smelling bananas will also make you feel less hungry.
Don't do any one exercise extensively. Vary your workout. If you do one exercise only you will start to burn your lean muscle as well because your body will be trying to change itself to exercise more efficiently, and that involves burning muscle. You will lose weight, but I assume it's not weight you want to lose but fat instead.
Do not stop eating meat. You need the protein. Eat less (not nothing), resist bingeing and if you do get really really hungry eat something low-cal that tastes like crap (make yourself do it) so you will not want to eat anymore. Fibrous foods do fill your stomach faster, and help your metabolism.
Also, even if you eat less (which will slow down your metabolism as mentioned above) your exercising should keep your metabolism normal, which will lead to weight loss.
There is the method I used and in 6 weeks I lost 10 pounds.

well i guess it depends on person but i say u should divide the usual 3 day meal plan into 6 small meals. cut ur daily fat intake in half. drink a lot of water, exercise at least an hr a day, and get a good nite's sleep. hope this helps.
