hmm..perhaps you were confused about my previous statement- the "need" taken with the rest of my statement does not imply neccesity.
In any case, your argument strengthens mine in that those who succumb to cheating, are doing so out of choice, not because they must. In that case, they do not deserve to succeed.
99% of all students in the world, is stil a VERY large figure. And then take into consideration how many idiots there are in the world, and the numbers make sense.
In my scenario, the idiots won't suceed anyways, and those who lack the willpower to make the grade on their own shouldn't suceed either.
