ay, i haven't had greasy fast food or ice-cream or candy bars for like 2wks. now. i want to look good in a swimsuit, not only for myself, but for all those potential cute guys. plus, i've been doing push-ups and crunches for about 5-10 minutes a day. just 5-10 lousy minutes for the past 2wks., and already i'm seeing results. i don't think i've lost any weight, but i'm just stronger now.
