SIT-IN to protest WAR
my friend and i were talking online about a sit-in that students are going to intiate tomorrow in school. heres the convo
David Aguasca: : )
David Aguasca: would you cut a class to save a life?
lm e r d a w gl: whoa...that hit home
lm e r d a w gl: ok...wat could the protest do?
lm e r d a w gl: i mean...if it starts tomorrow....wat chance do we have of stopping it?
David Aguasca: well, if we get enough people to go
David Aguasca: we could be acknowledged, and more people would find out about it
David Aguasca: maybe it would start other sit-ins or more protesting
David Aguasca: and if we get enough people against the war...well, we do have a government ruled by the majority
David Aguasca: so you see
David Aguasca: it has the potential to do a lot
lm e r d a w gl: i mean...if the analyst on the war think it will be over in about a week...how quickly can we get a majority rule?
David Aguasca: like i said, it COULD do a lot, it COULD happen quickly
David Aguasca: we have to try
David Aguasca: if don't try, then the war is SURE to happen
lm e r d a w gl: hmm
wat do u guys think?
