oh come now, if we are going to include laos in there, we might as well name a largely populated country like india without having to subsume it under "other."

wow, you changed it. Thanks, really. People rarely correct themselves when i point out their exception of south/west asian cultures in asian talk. They just stand by and defend tradition. I appreciate the thought.

Regardless of all that PC shit, I really would like to end up marrying a Korean guy. It's not like I would restrict myself "He isn't Korean so I'm not going to date him" Just... it would be nice.

india, pakistan border china. Go look at a map, then look into it more. The region is called south asia.

There is no continent called the 'middle east,' and customarily pakistan/india are excepted from this nomer, though it is a grey area. Nonetheless, pakistan/india are in the continent of asia. No further proof needed. East asians in particular often forget this, but when you get to college you will definately know because south asians are loud with gargantuan student organizations.
