I didn't read these yet, but i have to read 3 out of the 5 so for those of you that have read these books could you tell me if they're good or not? I did go to spark notes but I want to know what you thought of them. Like which of them are easy to understand and isn't that boring?

A farewell to arms-- Ernest Hemingway
Ceremony-- Leslie Silko
My Antonia-- Willa Cather
The heart is a lonely hunter-- Carson McCullers
A Yellow Raft in Blue Water-- Michael Dorris

Also is the book long?
