You know we have a World jyujutsu championship once a year by Disney World, Florida. I saw about thousand fighters from all over the world, but mostly from Brazil, then Japan, then Germany. Anyways.......WHY IN THE WORLD they all look like super model? I am talking about their perfectly shaped cut body!?? May be I should start practice Jyujutsu!

I was so impressed with their body. I am not a gay, but come on! I want to look like that!!!

I got to talk to few of them, and told me, they do NOT lift weight at all. They build such body only by doing Jyujutsu training plus fruites and veggie diet. I was so impressed.........!!!!

Anyone here does Jyujutsu? I would appreciate training tip for NON-Jyujutsu guy to build such perfect looking body....what is it? what do I do???
