Let's compile a list of sites that are helpful in drawing/coloring techniques and such. Just submit a link and I'll add it here.

FARP - Covers tutorials on coloring/drawing/painting and many more. The photo references are extremely helpful, especially the Hands one.

I do have more, like great coloring tutorials, but I'll have to find them again. And please keep from submitting Photoshop tutorials, we've already got a thread for that one somewhere
