i mainly did long distance... 800 meter... 1 mile... 2 mile... but i wasn't very good at the 800 meter... too hard... 1 mile was my fastest... my fastest time was 5 min 15 sec... its not that quick... i didn't even break the 5 min barrier...

i did a lil cross country..for like 2 weeks..but then i had to drop it cuz of seenth period. i hardly did nethin it wuz less than 2 miles everyday. but the varsity had to run like 5-8 miles everyday and wut wuz nice wuz that sum of the guys wud run w/out their shirts haha. eh i onli did it cuz i wanted to get in shape so i just walked most of the time

i was in cross country, got into a car accident and busted my knee. i was plannin to do wintertrack but i forgot when the date was and it already started. but last year i did track. my events were the 200, 400, tripple. yeah, im a sprinter. i got 27 seconds on my 200 in 8th grade, i dun dink dats that bad..

hey, man, be glad you can still work yourself into shape. It took me til junior year to break 5:00 on the mile, but I've had to sit out of senior cross country season as a co-captain because of a four-month long foot injury... and still waiting to get back out there.

i do cross country and spring track.
in 8th grade:
mile: 5:45 (pretty bad ^^;)
100m: 12.4 secs
200m: 26 secs
400m: 57 secs
