jack london's sea wolf

right now, i'm reading a couple books for english.. (i think i'll be coming back with more q's on the rest of them soon. )

anyway, has anyone read jack london's sea wolf? crrrrazy stuff.. i am NOT understanding the existentialism, wolf larsen's twisted philosophy, or the significance of his living soul trapped in his dead body.. i've looked online at sparknotes, classicnotes, etc, for tutorials in vain. if you've read this book, or wouldn't mind reading passages (the book is posted everywhere online..... but with no analysis to accompany it! ) and helping me.. i'd really really appreciate it. if not.. then...... guess i'll just sit here and suffer some more.

...welpz, sounds like u need to go to the bookstore on ur own and actually get the book to copy or read at the bookstore, instead of getting info online.

go to sparknotes or pinkmonkey (no pinkmonkey is NOT a porn site) and search for the book there...they probably have an in-depth analysis of it

hehe been to them all. no guides available for sea wolf.

babu2002, i have the book. i bought it. i've finished reading it. but it's one thing to read something, and entirely another to understand it.

i'll be back with a quote or two... thanks Alchemist.

Wow! I'm so~ glad that you felt that way about the book you bought... You are right, books are a good thing to have, and an entire different kind of "art" to actually read and comprehend stories at that advanced level...
