user cp > edit profile > signature

well you're picture didn't work because of the address i think. so what i did was, i saved the pic on my ftp. so here's the new address http://krnxswat.jusunlee.com/pict0048.jpg
you use the vB code [ img ] picture url [ /img ] (make sure there's no spaces between the img tags)
then, scroll down, click submit modifications. it should work
