for the last few months I haven't been able to get into my ftp and I sent an e-mail and got no answer whatsoever.

and now I can't get to my webspace.

if it was taken down that's fine, but I would've liked to be be notified so I could've taken all my stuff down in case I dind't have it on my harddrive(which some stuff wasn't on my harddrive)

any help from the people in charge?
