Well lets see, I haven't dropped any lines for quite some time now, but after a long break I came up with something, not my best, but not to shabby for bein out of the game. This one is called Don't You Ever...it goes out to a special someone (not naming any names )


I can remember the days more than two years ago/
The days that we met/the days that our love would grow/
Do you remember those days?/No I don't think you do/
If you did you'd remember that we said "I love you"/

Am I a fool for believing that this all would work out?/
Was I blind for not knowing what it was really about?/
No idea why I played along in your game/
Unexpecting that later youd put me through all this pain/
Putting an end to the love i considered so strong/
Did you even realize what you were doing was wrong?/

Now all i can think of is that day in July/
The day I found out that i'd been living a lie/
The way that you left me caused me hurt deep inside/
I knew I did nothing/Just was along for the ride/

One week later you called me on the phone/
I just let it ring/or said "leave me alone"/
Left me a message how "it was all your fault or how you didnt "mean what you said"/
I knew you were wrong/Don't try and mess with my head
Though it was good to hear you'd told the truth for once/
It was too late to make up for those 24 months/

Just goes to show things arent always what they seem/
Don't you ever call me again/
