First of all, you obviously have an extremely fast metabolism. Eating more probably won't gain you much weight.
Depending on how old you are, you should consider lifting. From your post, I assume that you're aiming to look bigger. Gaining muscle will not only increase your weight, but it will help you to gain body mass.
Always think of the healthy alternative. You may not be gaining weight by eating unhealthy, fatty foods, but you'll be ruining your health via high cholesterol and blocked arteries.
