it depends.
If you can handle both AP Calc AB and Psych in addition to whatever other AP classes you have (im assuming you're taking some others) then go ahead.
BC calc is more difficult than AB by far, and requires a lot of studying. I'd go with AB calc (which is challenging, but you can still get a good grade with a normal amount of review) and psych. Colleges will be impressed with two good AP scores. But if you can't handle the range of material being covered, then just drop down to BC and focus on calc.
