~Talkin to my friends about whats wrong usually helps cuz i get it all off my chest
~Music (either music that makes me cry or music thats fast and crazy)
~Crying works for the time but then im done and im like how the hell did that help?? lol
~Something that'll take my mind off it (tv, games, shopping) but then when im done and im like o ya that problem lol i get all upset again
I think all in all talkin works the best for me
