I'm going to list a few ways to ask a girl out. It really depends on how much effort you're willing to put forth for the girl you're feeling affectionate for. ^-^
- Sweet's always a charmer
Almost every girl has a secret sweet tooth that they don't dare telling guys about. Find out what she likes eating as a favorite pass time snacks and surprise her with the treats.
And what if you can't get information on what she likes? Eh, it's simple, it's the thought that counts. Honestly, she'll like anything you give her- unless she's allergic. =\
Are you still blank? Go buy a cute little box and pour some M&Ms, Skittles, or anything colorful and edible for her. Wrap the box up in a simple bow. It'll make her go "awwweee" if she sees the little bow. How about a cute pink or baby blue bow? ;) (Don't overdue it by gift wrapping. It's not her birthday. -_-'')
- Get creative with your writings
Here's another secret guys don't know about. Girls keep almost everything valuable you give them.
Write her a little poem or a big poem (it doesn't matter!).
Express your feelings in the poem/writing/letter (just don't get so mushy. Try adding humor in there somewhere. It's alway a plus when she reads and puts a smile on her face. She'll say, "Awww, what a dumbie! He's so cute! HEHEHE").
This is a great way to save yourself from the devil side of all girls in the later future. If she gets mad at you, and during that cloudy heart somewhere, if she happens to pull your first writing to her, she'll immediately remember what a cute dumbass you once were. It'll make her soften up... and maybe you might save yourself from a few extra stitches. ^-^
- A little effort goes a long way
Here's one that requires a little more effort. Burn her some sweet slow songs about love and friendship, then at the beginning or ending track, record a message in there just for her! Ask her out through a CD. She'll totally jump off earth with a "YES!" as an answer. ;)

well up until sophomore year of high school, a lot of my guy friends would ask a girl out in person with flowers or a stuffed animal she liked..but that was back then..i think the best way u can ask her out or show ur love towards her is in person and including something thats an inside thing btwn both of u..like if u first met in a particular park, take her back there and ask her out..lol i dunno whatever u do just be direct in ur intentions and creativity helps too..i would really like it if my crush met up w/ me for lunch when im on my lunch break and then pick me up from work, send me home and then ask me out..its nothing special but i still think it would be great cuz he's so preoccupied by a lot of other things plus he doesnt live near me so going out of his way would be sweet
