haha...i can't do it. but i saw MTV taildaters today, and they were hoola hooping. and someone asked the guy where he learned to hoola hoop. so the guy replied, "you gotta keep a wide base, and just swing ur hips". lol...iunno...i guess that's how you do it. it worked for him
