my family and my parents' friends went out to dinner tonight and towards the end of the meal, they were talking about who would pay for the check. being chinese, they were all arguing over who would pay and when the waiter put the check on the table my dad and the dads from each family actually grabbed for the check (my dad got it). that was the funniest thing i had ever seen in my life. i had heard about this before, but i had never actually SEEN people fight and snatch up a check so quickly. asian courtesy is interesting haha

my family was having dinner with one of my dad's friend's family. They started fighting and the friend eventually sat on the check. Then my dad tries to move him off the chair to get the check and starts grabbing around

hahaha that's funny my friend she told me her dad was very tempered and liek the parents were fighting for check like yours except my friends dad punched someone and insisted lol iuno if it's true though she tends to lie alot lol

but yea my dad juss pays the amount and bounce without no tip -__-' so i juss run cause i be embarrissed

when i'm eating someplace with friends and the check comes out, I reach for my wallet even though I have no money in there. I do this because I know someone will eventually claim the check and pay for it.
