Group Work

From experience, group work isn't the best at all! Well, I guess it's because there was hardly anyone who was hardworking and willing in my class.

Group work just hardly ever worked for me. Why?

I'm independent. I don't want to have to depend on other people to "bring this" or "bring that". Most people I worked with were very irresponsible.

I always ended up doing all the work cuz everyone else is soooooooooo lazy!

Who agrees/disagrees that group work is not the best?

depending on what kind of career you choose in the future, you may end up working in a group setting. Get used to it.

I like group work when my group members are not lazy. I find that nearly everyone in a group will think they are smarter than the rest of the group. That's lame.

Maybe you could play your cards differently. I am not sure if you come off as being willing to do all the work, but lazy group members may see it in you and do not do things on purpose to make you do things for them. Be more assertive, be an asshole, do something.

I KNOW my group members inside out, head to toe! Theyr'e just plain lazy and they sure don't give a DAMN if they get 0 or not!

But being an asshole isn't a bad idea. Maybe I'll try it sometime....see if it works!
