what are some of your native dances of ur nationality? i know some but i fon't know how to spell so someone who knows da filipino dances can write dem down

I don't know what it's called but our hands get all flexible and bendy and every thing we do is smooth... I did traditional dances all the time when I was younger but I quit so now my hands aren't as flexible as before and I can't bend them back as far as I used to... I'll find a picture to show what I mean...
