"Thinkiers" or "Doers"

What types of people can often bring about more change in society? Thinkers or Doers?

(Sorry for the spelling error on the title)

doers do more, however if they don't think, they may change society negatively

i dont think that people can just fall into two simple catagories like this. there are obviously thinkers who at the same time are also doers.

isolatory from everything, these definitions leave us with two categories: those who do things without thinking, and those who think and never act.

neither of them does anything for anyone else. the doer does things without thinking so to speak so anything they do could be bad or good, nothing reallly is accomplished by either. if we were to be really strict, the doer does nothing of intelligent thinking, so they do bad, and the thinker does nothing. therefore, the thinker does better to everyone else whille the doer runs the risk of coercive action.
